long time but good news

It has been a while since my last update.
I have been doing crossfit for nearly 3 months now. i have lost some fat but more importantly i have been putting on goodly amounts of muscle.

now for the good news.
i did a crossfit total of 750.
that involves a back squat of 255, a shoulder press of 145 and a dead lift of 350

that felt good to do.

Crossfit for this Fat guy

This is my second week doing Crossfit. I thoroughly enjoy the workouts. I do my Crossfit training at Spokane Crossfit. The coaches there are Mike and Angela. They both do a wonderful job coaching.
I really enjoy the pride I feel after I have completes a workout. I also enjoy how I feel after every workout.

so the main reason for this blog is to keep track of my progress.

I have taken a before shot that i will not share until i have a after shot that i like.
but my known numbers are 260 pounds and 5'10".
hopefully i can remember to update this regularly.
Crossfit - get some.

Crossfit

Well I finally started Crossfit last night.
I went to the local affiliate Crossfit Spokane.
Great place, great people
I will defiantly be going back.
