This is my second week doing Crossfit. I thoroughly enjoy the workouts. I do my Crossfit training at Spokane Crossfit. The coaches there are Mike and Angela. They both do a wonderful job coaching.
I really enjoy the pride I feel after I have completes a workout. I also enjoy how I feel after every workout.
so the main reason for this blog is to keep track of my progress.
I have taken a before shot that i will not share until i have a after shot that i like.
but my known numbers are 260 pounds and 5'10".
hopefully i can remember to update this regularly.
Crossfit - get some.
